My path to jewellery design started at Glasgow School of Art, where I was fortunate to study alongside many inspiring and now established artists. After graduating with a degree in painting and drawing, I enjoyed working on a number of illustration and art projects. Since my first night class in jeweller I knew I had found something to inspire me. I love making silver and gold jewellery.
I like to work on new designs and ideas all the time. I like to take an idea and make one piece, if that works I will make others around the same idea. There are never more than a small number of pieces in any range.
The themes that tie my work together are bold, wearable, impact and enjoyment.
Bold Jewellery should make a statement, culture, personality and artistic heritage can all be expressed through your choice of jewellery
Wearable Wearing jewellery should be as much a part of every day dress as watches or shoes
Impact Jewellery should be a part of you, a part of your outfit, giving you pleasure and confidence when worn
Enjoyable Jewellery should delight and excite.
