Fiona Stansfield

Fiona lived and worked in Zimbabwe as a scientist for 30 years. During that time her greatest passion was walking and taking photographs in the African bush. Using these photos as inspiration, she became a popular artist in the southern African region and her paintings from solo and group exhibitions have been sold all over the world.

She has now returned to live in Kirkcudbright where she continues to draw from her catalogue of African wildlife photos in addition to her new focus on UK wildlife and domestic species.
