I often find parts of a boat washed ashore but rarely do I find a whole boat and a whole boat that had been painted many times in its lifetime in the most amazing colours! Here is part of such a boat. It broke its mooring at Cambois beach near Blyth Northumberland and got stuck in the sands at the mouth and the rest is history. I got to it before it was burnt. This particular section is very typical of the inside of part of the boat. On to it I have mounted two small boats made from a small section of a former Pilot Boat scrapped on the banks of the River Tyne last year.
